About Us

What is RoboGym?

RoboGym is part of FIRST Robotics, an organization that supports high school students’ STEM programs by holding a competition in which students form teams to build a robot in the time constraint of six weeks. Students challenge themselves by learning how to build, program, and code a robot, and improve their engineering skills while also forming bonds with their teammates. The robot then competes with others built by teams from all over the world. The prize for winning the competition is simply recognition from sponsors and peers, and the time students spent doing what they love with like-minded people. Our robotics team combines real-world engineering with fun, and the students on RoboGym Robotics are devoted to our cause: providing students with an affinity for STEM a home in the high school.
